In a pot of boiling water, add sago pearls. Cook for 10–15 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.

In a large bowl, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, and mango puree. Add evaporated milk if you prefer a lighter consistency.

Stir in the cooked sago pearls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Scoop into bowls or cups. Top with fresh mango cubes and extra mango puree or ice, if desired. Garnish with mint or toasted coconut flakes for extra flair, if preferred.
