02 - 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
03 - 1/2 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
04 - 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
05 - 1/2 cup condensed milk, adjust to taste
06 - 1/2 cup evaporated milk or regular milk (optional, for thinner consistency)
07 - Ice cubes or crushed ice (optional, for serving)

03 - Stir in the cooked sago pearls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
04 - Scoop into bowls or cups. Top with fresh mango cubes and extra mango puree or ice, if desired. Garnish with mint or toasted coconut flakes for extra flair, if preferred.

01 - Adjust the sweetness based on the ripeness of your mangoes.
02 - For a vegan version, substitute condensed milk with maple syrup or sweetened coconut condensed milk.
03 - This dessert is best served cold.
