# Ingredients:

01 - 115 g cooked roast beef, roast turkey, or roast chicken, sliced and warmed
02 - 240–360 ml hot mashed potatoes
03 - 120–180 ml hot gravy, suitable for the chosen meat
04 - 1 slice soft white or whole wheat bread

# Steps:

01 - Place one slice of bread on a serving plate.
02 - Spoon the hot mashed potatoes over the bread, spreading evenly.
03 - Drizzle a small amount of hot gravy over the potatoes.
04 - Arrange the sliced warmed meat on top of the potatoes.
05 - Ladle the remaining hot gravy over the assembled sandwich.
06 - Present hot, accompanied by a side salad or a hot vegetable of choice.
