# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
02 - 8 oz of your favorite dry pasta
03 - 1 pound chicken breasts, diced into small chunks
04 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - ½ cup diced onions
07 - 3-4 minced garlic cloves
08 - 1 tablespoon butter
09 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
10 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - ½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs
12 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
13 - ½ teaspoon salt
14 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
15 - 1 cup heavy cream
16 - Fresh basil leaves for a finishing touch
17 - Extra Parmesan to sprinkle on top

# Steps:

01 - Follow the instructions on the pasta package to cook it. Drain the water and let it sit to the side.
02 - Warm up olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Toss in the onions and garlic, then stir them until they smell great.
03 - Mix in butter and chicken. Sprinkle on the smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir occasionally while cooking until the chicken is golden and done.
04 - Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Keep stirring and let it simmer gently until it thickens up a bit.
05 - Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and cooked pasta. Gently toss everything so the pasta gets evenly coated.
06 - Add some fresh basil leaves on top and sprinkle extra Parmesan. Serve it hot right away.
