Mix up the olive oil, chopped garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a container. Toss in chicken breasts and make sure they're fully covered. Wrap and stick in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Shred your cucumber, add a bit of salt, and leave it for 10 minutes. Press out the water, then mix with your Greek yogurt, crumbled up feta, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Keep it cold until you're ready to eat.

Throw your soaked chicken on a hot grill and cook about 6-7 minutes each side until it hits 75°C inside. Let it sit a bit before you cut it up.

Throw the pita bread on the grill for about a minute on each side just until it's warm and has some light toast marks.

Put your sliced chicken in the middle of each warm pita, add whatever fresh toppings you like, and pour a good amount of that feta tzatziki on top.

Wrap the pita around everything and eat right away with extra tzatziki on the side if you want.
