Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 225 g noodles

→ Sauce and Aromatics

03 - 15 ml vegetable oil
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 15 g ginger, minced
06 - 60 ml soy sauce
07 - 60 ml hoisin sauce

→ Vegetables and Garnish

08 - 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
09 - 2 green onions, chopped
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Cook noodles in a pot of boiling water according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until aromatic, approximately 1 minute.
03 - Add ground beef to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until evenly browned and cooked through.
04 - Pour in soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Stir to combine, then let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to develop flavor.
05 - Add sliced bell peppers and the cooked noodles to the pan. Mix well and heat through until all components are hot.
06 - Top with chopped green onions before serving. Season with salt and black pepper as desired.
