Seal up the Oreos in a plastic bag and crush them into crumbs using a rolling pin or a sturdy spoon. Add 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons of these Oreo crumbs into six small dessert cups (each about 3/4 - 1 cup size). Place them aside for now.

Blend the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth. Pour in the vanilla extract and stir well. Carefully fold in the whipped topping until it’s combined, then gently mix in the leftover Oreo crumbs.

Equally distribute the creamy cheesecake mixture into the dessert cups with the Oreo base. Press it lightly into the crust and pop the cups into the fridge for at least 1 hour, or until chilled and ready to enjoy.

Right before serving, add whipped cream on top and sprinkle extra Oreo crumbs. Dig in and enjoy!
