# Ingredients:

01 - 680 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Seasoning and Coating

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

→ Dipping Sauce

08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Slice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season thoroughly with salt and pepper.
03 - In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and grated Parmesan, mixing until a thick paste forms.
04 - Evenly coat each chicken piece with the seasoning paste and arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking dish.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked. Ensure internal temperature reaches 74°C.
06 - While chicken bakes, mix honey and low-sodium soy sauce in a bowl to create the dipping sauce.
07 - Serve bites warm with sauce drizzled on top or offered alongside for dipping.
