01 - 240 ml rolled oats
02 - 240 ml milk or plant-based alternative
03 - 160 g fresh peaches, chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
06 - 60 ml Greek yogurt

07 - 30 g chopped nuts (almonds or pecans)

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, add rolled oats, milk, chopped peaches, cinnamon, maple syrup, and Greek yogurt. Stir thoroughly to blend evenly.
02 - Divide the oat mixture evenly between two airtight jars or bowls for individual servings.
03 - Seal each jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow the flavours to meld and oats to soften.
