Chill homemade or store-bought lemonade according to package directions or your preferred method, then set aside.

Wash peaches properly, remove pits, and slice. Reserve one quarter of the peach slices for later garnishing.

In a blender, combine the remaining peach slices, 250 millilitres of prepared lemonade, and 15 millilitres fresh mint leaves. Blend until completely smooth. For a silky texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.

Pour the strained peach-mint purée into a large pitcher. Add the remaining lemonade and stir thoroughly. Incorporate reserved peach slices and thin lemon slices for presentation.

Pour over ice into chilled glasses. Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves and peach slices as desired before serving.
