Peach Lemonade with Fresh Mint (Print)

A cool blend of peaches, lemonade, and mint for a vibrant, refreshing drink ideal for hot weather and outdoor occasions.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 litres prepared lemonade, homemade or store-bought

→ Fruit

02 - 4 to 5 ripe peaches, washed, pitted, sliced

→ Herbs

03 - 15 millilitres fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Chill homemade or store-bought lemonade according to package directions or your preferred method, then set aside.
02 - Wash peaches properly, remove pits, and slice. Reserve one quarter of the peach slices for later garnishing.
03 - In a blender, combine the remaining peach slices, 250 millilitres of prepared lemonade, and 15 millilitres fresh mint leaves. Blend until completely smooth. For a silky texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
04 - Pour the strained peach-mint purée into a large pitcher. Add the remaining lemonade and stir thoroughly. Incorporate reserved peach slices and thin lemon slices for presentation.
05 - Pour over ice into chilled glasses. Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves and peach slices as desired before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Use fully ripe peaches and fresh mint to enhance the fragrance and taste. Straining the purée ensures a smooth, pulp-free beverage.
02 - For best results, chill both the lemonade and the glasses. Add ice just before serving to prevent excessive dilution.
