Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate (Print)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 25 g granulated sugar
02 - 7 g unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1 tablespoon water
04 - 240 ml milk, any fat percentage
05 - 18 g creamy peanut butter (not natural)

→ Optional toppings

06 - Whipped cream
07 - Peanut butter sauce

# Steps:

01 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together the granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and water continuously until the sugar and cocoa are fully dissolved.
02 - Add the milk and creamy peanut butter to the saucepan. Stir thoroughly. Continue heating, stirring occasionally, until the mixture steams and peanut butter is seamlessly blended.
03 - Pour the hot chocolate into a 240 ml mug. Optionally, top with whipped cream and drizzle with peanut butter sauce to taste.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a quick microwave version, mix cocoa, sugar, and water in the mug and microwave for 15 seconds; add peanut butter, stir well, pour in milk, and microwave until steaming. Stir until uniform.
02 - To prepare peanut butter sauce, blend 2 tablespoons corn syrup with 1 tablespoon peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 10 to 20 seconds until bubbling; stir until smooth.
