# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 315 g all-purpose flour
02 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
04 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
05 - 227 g unsalted butter, softened
06 - 200 g granulated sugar
07 - 110 g packed brown sugar
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

10 - 50 g granulated sugar
11 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, ground cinnamon, baking soda, and salt until evenly blended.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
04 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla extract until fully combined.
05 - Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
06 - In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for coating.
07 - Portion dough into 3.5 cm balls. Roll each ball in cinnamon sugar coating to cover evenly.
08 - Place cookie dough balls on prepared baking sheets, spacing each about 5 cm apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers appear soft.
09 - Allow cookies to rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
