Pineapple Cucumber Lime Salad (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 whole pineapple, peeled and chopped
02 - 1 English cucumber, chopped
03 - 2 limes, zested and juiced
04 - 33 millilitres fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Peel and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Chop the English cucumber into similar-sized pieces.
02 - Place the chopped pineapple and cucumber into a large mixing bowl along with the chopped cilantro.
03 - Zest the limes and add both zest and freshly squeezed juice to the bowl.
04 - Toss all ingredients gently to ensure even distribution of lime juice and zest. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
05 - Serve immediately for optimal freshness or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
