Pink Lavender Lemonade Refreshment (Print)

Bright Meyer lemon, strawberry, and fresh lavender create a vibrant, floral pink lemonade for summertime sipping.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 100 grams granulated sugar
02 - 480 millilitres fresh Meyer lemon juice
03 - 480 millilitres water
04 - 480 millilitres ice-cold water
05 - 2 fresh lavender sprigs
06 - 6 large ripe strawberries

→ Optional

07 - A few drops food grade lavender oil

# Steps:

01 - Combine granulated sugar, fresh Meyer lemon juice, and 480 millilitres water in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat while stirring until the sugar has fully dissolved.
02 - Remove saucepan from heat. Add fresh lavender sprigs and roughly sliced ripe strawberries. Allow mixture to steep for 15 minutes to extract flavours.
03 - Strain the infused mixture into a large pitcher, discarding any solids. Add 480 millilitres ice-cold water and, if desired, a few drops of food grade lavender oil. Stir thoroughly to combine.
04 - Pour over glasses filled with ice and serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Use Meyer lemons for a sweeter, more floral profile; regular lemons work as well, but adjust sugar to taste accordingly.
