Prosciutto Strawberry Burrata Salad (Print)

Fresh strawberries, creamy burrata, and prosciutto come together with balsamic maple dressing for a refreshing summer dish.

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 2 cups (300 g) fresh strawberries, sliced
02 - 8 oz (225 g) burrata cheese, torn into bite-sized pieces
03 - 4 oz (115 g) prosciutto, thinly sliced
04 - 4 cups (120 g) mixed greens, such as arugula and spinach

→ Dressing

05 - 3 tablespoons (45 ml) balsamic vinegar
06 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) pure maple syrup
07 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Wash and slice the strawberries. Tear the burrata cheese into bite-sized pieces.
02 - Arrange the mixed greens evenly in a large salad bowl.
03 - Gently fold in the sliced strawberries and thinly sliced prosciutto.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and extra virgin olive oil until the dressing is well emulsified.
05 - Drizzle the balsamic maple dressing over the salad just before serving and gently toss to combine.
06 - Divide the salad onto plates or present on a large platter. Serve at once for optimal freshness.
