01 - 450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

02 - 60 g unsalted butter

09 - 225 g linguine or spaghetti

# Steps:

01 - Cook the linguine or spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté until shrimp turn opaque and pink, about 3-4 minutes.
04 - Pour in the white wine and simmer for 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
05 - Add the freshly chopped parsley and the drained pasta to the skillet. Toss gently to coat evenly and heat through.
06 - Transfer the shrimp and pasta to plates and serve without delay.
