# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g pork sausage
02 - 32 g plain flour
03 - 480 ml whole milk
04 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 0.5 teaspoon fine salt

→ Crust and Topping

06 - 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C.
02 - Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until evenly browned, breaking up pieces as it cooks.
03 - Stir flour into sausage and cook for 1 minute, ensuring even coating.
04 - Pour milk, salt, and black pepper into skillet. Stir continuously and cook until the mixture thickens to a gravy consistency.
05 - Roll out half the biscuit dough and press into a pie dish to form the crust.
06 - Pour sausage gravy into the prepared biscuit crust, spreading evenly.
07 - Lay the remaining biscuit dough over the top to cover the filling.
08 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
