Seafood Pasta Salad Reasons (Print)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood Pasta Salad Base

01 - 225 grams dried pasta
02 - 240 grams cooked shrimp
03 - 240 grams crab meat
04 - 75 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - 40 grams red onion, finely diced
06 - 15 grams fresh parsley, chopped

→ Dressing

07 - 120 grams mayonnaise
08 - 30 millilitres freshly squeezed lemon juice
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Boil the pasta in generously salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and allow to cool to room temperature.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, shrimp, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, and chopped parsley.
03 - In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Pour dressing over pasta and seafood mixture. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
05 - Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to meld. Serve chilled.
