# Ingredients:

→ Shrimp

01 - 454 g raw shrimp, medium to large, tails removed, deveined
02 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
03 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
05 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
08 - 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or neutral oil

→ Nachos Assembly

10 - 340 to 454 g tortilla chips
11 - 227 g shredded Monterey Jack cheese or cheddar, Pepper Jack, or Colby Jack
12 - 411 g pinto beans, rinsed and drained, or black beans

→ Optional Toppings

13 - Avocado, sliced or diced
14 - Salsa or salsa verde
15 - Lime wedges
16 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
17 - Banana peppers, sliced
18 - Pepperoncinis, sliced
19 - Sour cream

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy clean up.
02 - Arrange half of the tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet. Scatter half of the beans and half of the cheese evenly over the chips. Repeat with remaining chips, beans, and cheese to build a second layer.
03 - Transfer baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
04 - While nachos bake, inspect shrimp to ensure all shells are removed and shrimp are deveined. Pat dry with paper towels. Place shrimp in a medium bowl and toss with salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
05 - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 to 4 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
06 - Remove nachos from the oven. Distribute cooked shrimp evenly over the nachos. Add desired toppings such as avocado, salsa, lime wedges, cilantro, banana peppers, pepperoncinis, and sour cream. Serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For the best texture, serve nachos immediately after assembling. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
02 - Reheat nachos in an air fryer or oven to restore crispness before serving.
