07 - 1 tsp salt
08 - 1/2 tsp black pepper

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry using paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper evenly.
02 - Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and additional salt in a bowl. Generously coat the ribs with the spice mixture.
03 - Place the seasoned ribs into the slow cooker. Add barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar over the ribs.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until the ribs are tender.
