01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend the sourdough starter with softened butter until smooth and creamy.
03 - Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the mixture, mixing thoroughly until fully combined.
