01 - 200 g sourdough starter

03 - 45 g unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 5 g salt
05 - 50 g sugar

# Detailed Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, stir together sourdough starter, warm water, and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
02 - Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the liquid mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon or hands until a sticky dough forms.
03 - Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for approximately 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours, until doubled in size.
05 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Punch down the risen dough and gently shape into heart forms. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over the hearts, pressing lightly to adhere.
