Steak Bites Penne Garlic Parmesan (Print)

Steak bites and penne in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Quick, satisfying, and rich in flavor.

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 225 g penne pasta
03 - 60 g unsalted butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 240 ml heavy cream
06 - 100 g freshly grated parmesan cheese
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Cook penne in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute.
03 - Add steak pieces to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until well browned on all sides.
04 - Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring to deglaze the pan and incorporate any browned bits.
05 - Stir in freshly grated parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and velvety.
06 - Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss until pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
07 - Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish generously with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For enhanced depth of flavor, marinate steak pieces prior to cooking.
02 - Using freshly grated parmesan ensures optimal melting and taste.
