Strawberries Cream Frozen Daiquiris (Print)

Frozen daiquiri meets berries and cream for a smooth, layered treat with a peachy twist.

# Ingredients:

→ Whipped Cream

01 - 240 ml heavy cream
02 - 32 g powdered sugar
03 - 3 ml pure vanilla extract

→ Daiquiri

04 - 600 g strawberries, halved
05 - 720 ml ice cubes
06 - 150 ml clear rum
07 - 90 ml simple syrup
08 - 60 ml peach schnapps

# Steps:

01 - Combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl. Whip with a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - In a blender, add halved strawberries, ice cubes, clear rum, simple syrup, and peach schnapps. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Retrieve the chilled whipped cream. Layer the strawberry daiquiri mixture and whipped cream in serving glasses, starting with daiquiri, then a scoop of cream. Alternate until glasses are full.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For homemade simple syrup, combine equal parts granulated sugar and water. Heat gently, stirring until sugar dissolves completely. Cool before using.
