Steak, garlic, Parmesan, and sweet heat blend in a creamy pasta dish perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Steak

01 - 450 g sirloin steak
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ For the Pasta and Sauce

06 - 340 g penne or rigatoni pasta
07 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 240 ml heavy cream
09 - 70 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 2 tablespoons honey
11 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
12 - 45 g unsalted butter
13 - 15 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

# Steps:

01 - Cut the sirloin into bite-sized pieces. Season evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and stir. Cook until al dente, then reserve 125 ml pasta water. Drain using a colander.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak pieces in batches, 2–3 minutes per side until deeply browned. Transfer to a plate and rest.
04 - In the same skillet over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - Pour in heavy cream and honey. Stir and reduce heat to low. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
06 - Remove skillet from heat. Add Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, whisking until the sauce is smooth and cohesive.
07 - Add drained pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Use reserved pasta water as needed for consistency. Fold in steak pieces along with their juices.
08 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Reserve some pasta water to adjust the sauce's texture for a silkier finish.
