01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, diced
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

06 - 295 milliliters (1 can) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
07 - 120 milliliters milk
08 - 150 grams frozen mixed vegetables (optional)

09 - 200 grams shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 907 grams frozen tater tots

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a 23×33 cm (9×13 inch) baking dish.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Stir cream of mushroom or chicken soup and milk into the cooked beef mixture. Add frozen mixed vegetables if desired and mix well.
04 - Spread beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 100 grams (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese on top. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
05 - Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 190°C.
06 - Sprinkle remaining 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
