# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 175°C. Allow to fully preheat before assembling other components.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully browned and crumbly, approximately 7 to 10 minutes.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Stir in condensed cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper as desired. Mix thoroughly until evenly incorporated.
04 - Transfer beef mixture evenly into a 23×33 cm baking dish, spreading smoothly across the base.
05 - Arrange frozen tater tots in a single, even layer atop the beef mixture. Do not thaw the tater tots before assembling.
06 - Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese uniformly over the tater tots, ensuring complete coverage.
07 - Place dish on middle oven rack and bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling at the edges and the tater tots appear crisp and golden brown.
08 - Remove from the oven and portion while hot. Serve immediately.
