# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 30 oz refried beans
02 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
03 - Cooking spray, for coating
04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 4.5 oz green chiles, drained and washed
06 - 1 oz taco seasoning mix
07 - 1 cup sour cream
08 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
11 - 16 oz shredded Mexican cheese blend
12 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
13 - 1/4 cup scallions, sliced thin
14 - Tortilla chips for dipping

# Steps:

01 - Get your oven heated up to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch dish lightly with cooking spray to make cleanup easy.
02 - Pop cream cheese and sour cream into a large bowl. Microwave it on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds so the cream cheese gets soft. Stir it well until it looks smooth.
03 - Toss in refried beans, green chiles, taco seasoning, salt, paprika, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne, and 2 cups of cheese. Mix everything until it’s fully blended.
04 - Spread your dip mixture evenly in the greased dish. Sprinkle the leftover 2 cups of cheese right on top.
05 - Stick the dish into the hot oven for 25 minutes. Once the cheese is melty and bubbly, pull it out. Sprinkle sliced scallions on top and grab tortilla chips to enjoy it warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Don’t skip draining the green chiles; too much liquid can ruin the texture of the dip.
