# Ingredients Required:

01 - 1 fresh baguette (340 g), sliced

→ Vegetables

02 - 300 g cherry tomatoes, diced
03 - 30 g fresh basil, chopped
04 - 1 garlic clove

→ Oils & Seasonings

05 - 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C.
02 - Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush both sides with 30 ml of olive oil.
03 - Toast in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
04 - In a bowl, mix the diced cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, remaining 30 ml olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
05 - Rub the toasted baguette slices with the cut side of the garlic clove to infuse flavor.
06 - Top each toasted slice with the tomato and basil mixture and serve immediately.
