02 - 2 medium ripe peaches, sliced
03 - 225 g fresh burrata cheese, torn into pieces

04 - 15 g fresh basil leaves
05 - 45 ml extra virgin olive oil
06 - 15 ml balsamic vinegar
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Wash and slice the heirloom tomatoes and peaches into bite-sized pieces.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the sliced tomatoes and peaches until evenly mixed.
03 - Arrange the torn burrata cheese evenly over the tomato and peach mixture.
