Fruity Pudding Medley (Print)

Juicy pineapple, sweet mandarin oranges and ripe bananas mixed with vanilla pudding for a fast, cool fruity delight.

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced into rounds after peeling
02 - 1 can (425g/15 oz) Mandarin oranges, keep the light syrup intact
03 - 1 whole pineapple, peeled, center removed, and cut into chunks

→ Dry Ingredients

04 - 1 package (4 servings) instant vanilla pudding, sugar-free

# Steps:

01 - Cut bananas into slices and pineapple into cubes. Leave the syrup of the Mandarin oranges; don’t drain it.
02 - Toss all the fruit, including the Mandarin oranges and their syrup, into a big bowl.
03 - Spread the dry vanilla pudding powder evenly over the fruit. Skip adding milk because the juice will work here.
04 - Blend everything thoroughly, ensuring the pudding mix clings to all the fruit. Cover it up and pop it in the fridge for at least an hour.
05 - Scoop about a cup of the mixture into individual bowls and serve.

01 - Using dry pudding mix thickens the juices, giving the fruit a sweet, smooth layer.
