Italian Cheese Mix with Veggies (Print)

Silky fusion of mozzarella, cream cheese and Parmesan with chopped sun-dried tomatoes and leafy spinach, warmed until bubbly and golden.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup frozen spinach, chopped
02 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 8 oz block of cream cheese
04 - 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt, your choice
06 - 1/8 teaspoon table salt
07 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (save some for the top)
08 - 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Put all the cheese dip stuff into an oven-safe dish, except for the last bit of mozzarella that you'll use as the topper. No need to mix or thaw the frozen spinach now.
03 - Slide the dish into the oven and bake until everything's melted. Give it a stir every so often.
04 - Take the remaining mozzarella, sprinkle it on top, and bake again until the top is melted and turns brown. To get that browned perfection, you can switch to broil instead.
05 - Serve this hot and gooey dip with your favorite dippers, like bread crisps or chips.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Crostini goes really well with this creamy dip. For a zesty kick, try drizzling a bit of balsamic glaze or vinegar on top.
