01 - 15 grams salted butter, room temperature
02 - 2 slices rye bread
03 - 60 grams Swiss cheese, shredded

→ Meat

04 - 56 grams cooked corned beef, sliced or shredded, warm

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Spread butter on the outside of each rye bread slice. Sprinkle half of the shredded Swiss cheese onto the inside of one slice.
02 - Layer the warm corned beef evenly over the cheese. Add the drained sauerkraut atop the meat and spread Russian dressing over the sauerkraut. Top with the remaining Swiss cheese.
03 - Place the second slice of bread on top with the buttered side facing outward.
04 - Heat a pan over medium heat and grill the sandwich for 2 to 4 minutes per side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
05 - Remove the sandwich from the pan, slice as desired, and serve warm.

# Helpful Advice:

01 - Use gluten-free rye bread for a gluten-free version. Ensure corned beef is warm before assembling to enhance flavor. Thoroughly squeeze sauerkraut to eliminate excess moisture and avoid sogginess. Adjust grilling time for preferred browning and cheese melt.
