# Ingredients:

03 - 200 grams granulated sugar
04 - 60 millilitres vegetable oil
05 - 60 millilitres milk
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
08 - 0.25 teaspoon salt

09 - 60 grams powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 175°C and prepare to bake.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
03 - In a separate large bowl, combine granulated sugar, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
04 - Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring continuously until a uniform dough forms.
05 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to firm up.
06 - Portion dough into small balls, then roll each ball thoroughly in powdered sugar to coat.
07 - Place coated dough balls evenly spaced on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
