Virgin Strawberry Pina Colada (Print)

A creamy blend of strawberries, coconut, and pineapple, served chilled and topped with fresh fruit for summer delight.

# Ingredients:

→ Drink Base

01 - 400 grams fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
02 - 240 millilitres coconut milk or coconut cream
03 - 120 millilitres pineapple juice
04 - 15 millilitres honey or agave syrup, optional
05 - 200 grams ice

→ Garnish

06 - Fresh strawberries, whole or sliced
07 - Pineapple wedges

# Steps:

01 - Place strawberries, coconut milk or cream, pineapple juice, honey or agave syrup if using, and ice in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
02 - If the mixture is overly thick, gradually add more pineapple juice or coconut milk until desired texture is achieved.
03 - Divide the blended mixture evenly among serving glasses. Garnish with fresh strawberries and pineapple wedges for an appealing finish.
04 - Serve immediately while chilled to preserve freshness and optimal mouthfeel.
