03 - Layer scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked bacon or sausage strips onto each flattened bread slice. Roll tightly and press edges to seal.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll-up evenly with melted butter to promote browning and crispiness.
05 - Place roll-ups in the air fryer basket and cook at 190°C for 6 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through until golden brown. Serve warm with optional maple syrup or hot sauce.

# Helpful Advice:

01 - For extra crispness, brush additional melted butter on roll-ups before air frying. Avoid overly wet fillings to prevent sogginess. Experiment with different cheese or meat varieties to suit preference.
