Air Fryer Potato Wedges (Print)

Golden potato wedges air-fried with garlic, salt, and olive oil for a crisp, flavorful side or snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Potato Wedges

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Rinse the potatoes under cold running water, ensuring all surface dirt is removed. Thoroughly dry each potato with paper towels. Cut each potato lengthwise into evenly sized wedges, patting dry once more to eliminate surface moisture.
02 - Place the potato wedges into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Toss to combine seasonings evenly, then drizzle olive oil over the wedges and toss again until each wedge is fully coated.
03 - Set the air fryer temperature to 204°C and preheat for 3 to 5 minutes.
04 - Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 204°C for 15 minutes, shaking the basket or turning the wedges halfway through, until wedges are golden brown, crisp, and fork-tender.
05 - Transfer the cooked potato wedges to a serving plate. Serve immediately, optionally accompanied by a dipping sauce or as a side.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best crispness, ensure potato wedges are fully dried before seasoning.
02 - Leftover wedges can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
03 - To restore crispiness, reheat cold wedges in the air fryer at 204°C for a few minutes.
