# Ingredients Required:

01 - 160 g rolled oats
02 - 10 g baking powder
03 - Pinch of salt
04 - 2 g ground cinnamon
05 - 1 g ground nutmeg

06 - 245 g pure pumpkin puree
07 - 2 ripe bananas, mashed
08 - 240 ml milk or milk alternative
09 - 2 large eggs
10 - 60 ml maple syrup

11 - 60 g nuts or dried fruits

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease an 20x20 cm baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, mashed bananas, milk, eggs, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
03 - Gently fold in rolled oats and baking powder until fully combined.
04 - If desired, fold in nuts or dried fruits evenly into the batter.
05 - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
06 - Allow to cool slightly before slicing to serve.
