# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

02 - 2 bell peppers, any color, chopped into bite-sized pieces
03 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

→ Sauce

04 - 120 ml mayonnaise
05 - 30 ml Sriracha sauce (adjust to desired heat level)
06 - 30 ml honey
07 - 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice

→ Other

08 - 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water

# Steps:

01 - Slice chicken breasts into even cubes and chop bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
02 - In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice. Mix until fully blended and smooth. Adjust the spice level if desired.
03 - Alternately thread chicken cubes and bell pepper pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers. Distribute evenly.
04 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred at the edges.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best results, soak wooden skewers for at least 20 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.
