Chili Cheese Dog Bake (Print)

Juicy hot dogs and melty cheddar, wrapped in crescent rolls and baked over savory chili for a quick family meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 8 hot dogs
02 - 1 can crescent roll dough (yields 8 triangles)

→ Cheese and Chili

03 - 240 grams shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 cans chili (425 grams each)

→ Butter and Seasoning

05 - 60 millilitres melted butter
06 - 1 teaspoon minced parsley
07 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Sprinkle each with cheddar cheese.
03 - Place one hot dog at the wide end of each triangle and roll toward the tip.
04 - Arrange the rolled hot dogs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
05 - Pour both cans of chili into a 23x33 centimetre baking dish, spreading evenly.
06 - Transfer baked crescent dogs into the chili. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
07 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic salt, and parsley. Brush over the baked crescent rolls before serving.
