Condensed Milk Lemonade Drink (Print)

Lemon juice and condensed milk blend for a creamy, tangy beverage chilled over ice with fresh mint.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup (240 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice, strained
02 - 1 cup (305 g) sweetened condensed milk
03 - 2 cups (480 ml) cold water

→ Optional Sweetener

04 - 60 ml simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

→ To Serve

05 - Ice cubes
06 - Lemon slices, for garnish
07 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Firmly roll each lemon on the countertop to maximize juice yield. Slice lemons in half and juice until you have 240 ml, straining to eliminate seeds and pulp.
02 - In a large pitcher, add the strained lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and well-emulsified, ensuring no lumps remain.
03 - Gradually mix in the cold water while stirring. Taste and, if a sweeter profile is desired, incorporate simple syrup in small increments to preferred sweetness.
04 - Refrigerate the lemonade mixture for at least 30 minutes to ensure thorough chilling. If short on time, you may proceed immediately to serving.
05 - Fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour the chilled lemonade over the ice.
06 - Garnish each glass with fresh lemon slices and mint leaves. Stir gently with a straw before serving to fully integrate flavors.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Elevate flavor by muddling berries or incorporating fresh herbs such as basil along with the mint prior to serving.
