A creamy, tangy blend of lemon, mint, and sweet milk for cool, vibrant refreshment.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 240 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 4–6 lemons)
02 - 240 ml sweetened condensed milk
03 - 950 ml cold water

→ Herbs and Garnish

04 - 15 g fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
05 - Ice cubes, as needed
06 - Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Juice lemons to yield 240 ml; strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and pulp, ensuring a smooth texture.
02 - In a large pitcher, whisk strained lemon juice with sweetened condensed milk until homogeneous and creamy.
03 - Gradually add 950 ml cold water to the mixture while stirring continuously until fully combined.
04 - Introduce fresh mint leaves to the pitcher; gently press with muddler or spoon to release oils and stir to integrate.
05 - Taste the lemonade and, if desired, adjust the sweetness with additional condensed milk, stirring well to blend.
06 - Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes, allowing flavors to harmonize and beverage to cool thoroughly.
07 - Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour chilled lemonade, and garnish each serving with extra mint leaves and lemon slices as preferred.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a dairy-free version, substitute sweetened condensed milk with coconut condensed milk.
02 - Adjust lemon juice or condensed milk quantities for desired tartness or sweetness.
