Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts (Print)

01 - 450 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste
06 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and allow to fully preheat before proceeding.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
03 - Distribute the Brussels sprouts mixture in a single, even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
04 - Roast in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender.
05 - Remove tray from oven, evenly sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over Brussels sprouts.
06 - Return baking sheet to oven and roast for a further 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
07 - Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.

01 - Adjust roasting time as needed if using larger Brussels sprouts to ensure thorough cooking.
