Remove the pan from heat. Carefully incorporate the flavoring essence and food coloring, stirring until the color and flavor are uniform.

Slowly pour the hot syrup into silicone candy molds, filling each cavity evenly. Tap the molds on a flat surface to eliminate air bubbles.

Allow the gummies to cool and set at room temperature for a minimum of 3 hours until firm.
