02 - 300 ml water

03 - 225 g cooked lobster meat, chopped

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
02 - Combine the rice and water in a medium pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18 minutes.
03 - Remove the pot from heat and let it sit, covered, for 10 minutes to complete steaming.
04 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar until well blended.
