# Ingredients:

01 - 2 to 3 fresh zucchinis
02 - 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil or neutral cooking spray
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
05 - Optional: 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese

→ Coating Options (select one)

06 - Garlic Parmesan: 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
07 - Spicy: 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, salt to taste
08 - Herby: 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary

# Steps:

01 - Set the air fryer to 190°C and preheat for 3 to 5 minutes.
02 - Wash and dry zucchinis thoroughly. Slice lengthwise into long, thin strips for fries or into rounds for chips.
03 - Evenly sprinkle zucchini slices with salt and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
04 - Toss zucchini strips with olive oil or lightly spray with cooking spray. Season with black pepper and your selected spice or coating blend.
05 - Arrange zucchini in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crisp.
06 - Remove zucchini fries from the air fryer and serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Patting the zucchini thoroughly dry after salting enhances crispiness.
02 - Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket; cook in batches for even browning.
03 - Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer at 150°C for 2 to 3 minutes.
