# Detailed Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
02 - Brown ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in marinara sauce and remove from heat.
03 - In a bowl, combine ricotta, sour cream, half of the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Add half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce, then spread half the cheese mixture evenly on top. Repeat the ravioli and cheese layers, finishing with the remaining meat sauce.
05 - Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
06 - Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
07 - Allow the casserole to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
