01 - 500 ml water
02 - 60 g honey
03 - 60 g granulated sugar
04 - 250 g peach puree (fresh or thawed frozen peaches, blended until smooth)
05 - 120 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
06 - 250 g ice cubes
07 - 100 g fresh peaches, thinly sliced

# Steps:

01 - In a small saucepan, bring 500 ml water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
02 - Remove the saucepan from heat. Add 60 g honey and 60 g granulated sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.
03 - Allow the syrup to cool at room temperature for several minutes.
04 - While the syrup cools, blend fresh or thawed frozen peaches until smooth to yield 250 g peach puree.
05 - In a large pitcher, combine the cooled syrup with the prepared peach puree.
06 - Stir in 120 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher, mixing well.
07 - Add 250 g ice cubes to the pitcher, chilling the mixture thoroughly.
08 - Add 100 g fresh peach slices to the pitcher and gently stir to distribute.
09 - Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or sugar as needed, stirring to dissolve.
10 - Stir the lemonade mixture thoroughly to ensure even blending of all components.
11 - Pour into glasses, adding extra ice cubes if desired.
12 - Garnish each glass with additional peach slices for an appealing finish.
