# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 340 grams bowtie pasta

→ Dressing

02 - 1 to 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
03 - 30 milliliters vegetable oil
04 - 80 milliliters sesame oil
05 - 60 milliliters honey
06 - 60 milliliters soy sauce
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt

→ Garnishes

08 - 120 milliliters chopped fresh cilantro
09 - 120 milliliters honey roasted peanuts
10 - 120 milliliters sliced green onion

# Steps:

01 - Prepare bowtie pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package guidelines. Drain thoroughly and transfer to a spacious mixing bowl.
02 - Warm vegetable oil and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in crushed red pepper flakes and cook gently for 2 minutes to release the aroma, avoiding any browning.
03 - Incorporate honey, soy sauce, and salt into the spiced oils. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk together until fully emulsified.
04 - Pour the warm dressing over the cooked pasta, ensuring an even coating. Toss until all pasta pieces are well dressed.
05 - Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to harmonize.
06 - Immediately before serving, gently fold in chopped cilantro, honey roasted peanuts, and sliced green onion. Toss lightly to combine and serve well chilled.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Refrigerating the pasta for several hours optimizes flavor development. Freshly chopped herbs and nuts enhance aromatic qualities and provide superior texture.
