04 - Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs approximately 4-5 cm in diameter.
05 - Arrange meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a skillet; cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes or brown in skillet until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 74°C.
06 - Serve warm, optionally accompanied by heated turkey or chicken gravy.
