Ube Horchata Purple Drink (Print)

Creamy rice milk blended with purple ube, aromatic cinnamon and sweet condensed milk for a refreshing Filipino-Mexican fusion.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon ube extract
02 - 1 tablespoon sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
04 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1 1/2 tablespoons evaporated milk
06 - 1 1/2 tablespoons condensed milk
07 - 2 tablespoons ube powder
08 - 2 cups ice cubes
09 - 3 cups rice milk

# Steps:

01 - Add the rice milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sugar to a container.
02 - Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until fully combined. Add ice and continue blending until smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix together the ube extract and ube powder.
04 - Add the ube mixture to the blender and blend until everything is thoroughly combined.
05 - Pour the ube horchata into glasses and serve immediately.
